• A real local team — not a call centre — for check-in, transfers, and problems.
• Flexibility on stays, extensions, and requests a platform's rigid system won't allow.

When Airbnb still makes sense

First time renting from a company you don't know yet? Fair. If you'd rather have a third party hold the payment and handle disputes, the same villa is on Airbnb for about 10% more. Use it once, see we're real, then book direct next time. We'd rather earn your trust than argue about where you book.
