Intira Villas has designed, built, and managed private pool villas in Rawai, southern Phuket, since 2010. We're a small local team, not a call centre and not a franchise. When you book, buy, or list a villa with us, you deal with the people who actually run it.
Our track record
Since 2010 we've built 46 private pool villas in Rawai:
- Intira Villas 1 — launched April 2010 on a four-rai former rubber plantation. Sixteen homes, all sold within eleven months, delivered as planned.
- Intira Villas 2 — August 2011, 750 metres from the first. Nine private pool villas, sold off-plan in six months.
- Nga Chang by Intira Villas — completed late 2014. Fifteen private pool villas on a three-and-a-half-rai site.
Plus four independent luxury villas, and the first two homes at our current project, Quinta Lane.
What we do
- Design and build pool villas in Rawai — 46 built since 2010.
- Rent and manage a portfolio of 33 villas, across Airbnb, the major OTAs, a local agent network, and direct bookings.
- Sell villas to owners, with clear, legal foreign-ownership structures.
- Manage villas for other owners who want ours to be the team looking after theirs.
