Where the project stands
Two villas are already completed (2025). We build the rest to order — so rather than putting up identical houses, we wait for a buyer and then build to their preferences: adjust the floor plan, choose the finishes and materials, and end up with a villa that's genuinely yours.
Available now: one of the two completed villas is for sale fully furnished and ready to move in — the fastest way into Quinta Lane. The remaining plots are open for off-plan buyers who want to customise from the ground up.
